Work Flex
During the first couple of months of employment there is a strong need to spend majority of the time in the office due to induction, trainings, getting to know new colleagues, processes and ways of working. The office space has been designed and set up in a way that encourages creative thinking and collaborating together to allow the employees to feel as comfortable in the office as possible. After the new hub has been stabilized a detailed working from home policy will be established. All of the above is subject to local Covid restrictions and protocols. This guidance won’t be shared in writing, it will be provided to candidates verbally during initial screening calls.
