Job Description

The role

The main purpose of the C&T Process Partner are all necessary operational activities towards Imperial Brands’  business functions in order to ensure compliance with track & trace regulations, enable market supply in track & trace regulated regions and continuously support improving processes to meet business expectations.

Key accountabilities

C&T Process Partnership:

Manage the C&T Business Operations to secure services at the required Quality.

Provision of Business Consultancy & Functional Support for processes and systems:

·       Provide consultancy & functional assistance to support resolution of issues

·       Manage Request/Complaints from Manufacturing/Distribution & perform corrective actions

·       Lead or support of operational C&T meetings such as C&T User Groups

Problem Management for Functional/Process Issues:

·       Diagnose the root cause of incidents identified through the Incident Management process

·       Determine the resolution to those problems

Analysis and monitoring of Coding & Tracking processes, system and support model performance:

·       Create Coding & Tracking Operational Reports (Message Compliance, Stock Compliance, Delivery Compliance, Incidents Trends)

·       Monitor process, systems and support model performance (e.g. Process & Data Compliance for Coding & Tracking Solution)

·       Identify operational issues, initiate corrective actions and drive CI improvements

Operating & Owning of dedicated parts of C&T Solution:

·       Operate & monitor dedicated Services (e.g. Configuration of Manufacturing Systems, Management of Coding & Tracking Label Process)

Knowledge Management for T&T Business Operations:

·       Support the implementation of Process & System Knowledge Management

·       Create T&T Business Operation Process and Training Documentation and maintain collaborative tools such as C&T knowledge library to facilitate know-how sharing

Support Coding & Tracking projects/programmes and Management of own Projects:

·       Manage upgrades or deployment of Coding & Tracking standard solutions

·       Support Coding & Tracking development and improvement projects (e.g. system upgrade projects, releases)

·       Support Transition from Project to Run mode (e.g. Coding & Tracking Hypercare Support)

·       Support process related projects with Coding & Tracking Business Operations expertise knowledge

In addition, C&T Process Partner might assist the Service Level and Performance Management by cooperating with our internal Global IT. This includes implementing & enhancing Coding & Tracking Support Model & Support Processes for business-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

Essential:

·       3 – 5 years of experience within similar role preferably tobacco/ FMCG industry

·       Ability to work in team

·       Language skills: English fluent in written and spoken

·       Good knowledge and experience of MS Office

·       Sound knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems – QAD would be advantageous

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Basic Project management skills

·       Great Process management skills

·       Ability to work in an international team environment (Awareness of intercultural relationships)

·       Networking skills

·       Customer oriented mind set 

Desirable:

·       IT or Process background

·       Know-how in Coding & Tracking solutions

·       First experience in the area of Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence experience in the area of Business Analytics

·       Experience in change, risk and issue management

Know-how & Experience in Lean Methodologies
